Dormer Bathroom

This project included building a dormer to convert a small closet to a half bathroom. The project included the following:

• Extensive work with the local historical commission to ensure that the historical integrity of the house was maintained.
• This project won an award from the town because of it’s historical accuracy.
• Custom trim details inside and outside.
• Pedestal sink and low profile toilet.
