Screen Porch and Deck

This project involved updating and existing screen porch and adding an adjacent section of deck.  The project included:

• Updating the screen porch with new trim details and new screen panels.
• Improving the lighting in the screen porch with a new lighting plan.
• Adding a new section of deck for grilling.
• Install new stainless steel cable railings.
• Working with the Conservation Commission to ensure that the project was done within all environmental laws.
• Installing a new French Door from the screen porch to the house to improve the layout and transition from the house to the screen porch.
• Rebuilding the existing steps to bring them up to the standards of the current building code.
