Kind Words From a Customer – October 2011

We recently received this kind review from a remodeling customer that I wanted to share.

Red Apple Renovations turned our 2 bedroom, 1 bath cape into a 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bath home we plan to spend many years in. From beginning to end, we were impressed with the team’s thoroughness, creativity, quality of work, ability to stay within our budget and identify potential overrun areas for our consideration, and timely completion of the project. Communication is key in a project of our size and the team was very responsive and patient with our many questions and guided us through every step of the process from obtaining approval from the town zoning board to making all the nitty gritty decisions.

We did not live in the house during the renovation, and therefore, did not encounter the various trade men/women who were at the house, but our neighbors mentioned to us many times how considerate everyone was, which meant a lot to us.  We’ve been in touch with Red Apple several times following completion for minor follow-up items and continue to receive the same level of attentiveness we came to expect during our project.
