All Red Apple employees undergo a rigorous screening process before joining the company. We put candidates through multiple interviews, skills testing, and a background check before they can join our team. Once on board, our people receive regular training and feedback to make sure they continue to provide services that meet the Red Apple standard.
Chris Matey, Founder and President
Chris learned the building trade from his family and spent several years working on remodeling projects while in college. In addition to his remodeling experience, he has an MBA and JD and spent several years working in Fortune 500 companies before returning to manage his family’s business. It is his unique and diverse range of skills that shape Red Apple’s superior approach to home renovations.
Field Personnel
Our field personnel have over 75 years of experience in remodeling. They include former college basketball players, business owners, college graduates, and folks who’ve worked abroad. They bring a diverse range of experience, skilled craftsmanship and management experience to your project.
Office Staff
Our office staff work hand in hand with our field personnel to develop your project, fine tune the details, and then execute it with precision. From our administrative assistants to our project coordinators and design staff, each “in-office” team member coordinates with the field personnel to assure every detail of your project is attended to.
